  • 2 oz Butter
  • 1 piece Egg, beaten
  • 5 tbs Sugar
  • 5 tbs Golden syrup
  • 1 piece Ripe banana, mashed
  • 1 tsp Mixed spice
  • 2 oz Flour, self-raising
  • pinch full Cinnamon

Method
 

  1. Initiate microwave dessert making by taking a bowl being microwave safe. Fill it by mixing up sugar and butter; mix well to make fluffy. Now mix in banana and eggs; continue mixing. Then mix in all mentioned dry ingredients. Mix them all in gradual manner.
  2. Now in the batter mixture pour in golden syrup to enhance marbled effect.
  3. Then allow it to gradually microwave for the next 4-5 minutes. Take out and allow few minutes for the lovely dessert to cool down.
  4. Enjoy the marvelous microwaved dessert with creamy custard!!
