  • 1 large piece Egg
  • 2 tbs Non-fat milk
  • 3 tbs Lemon juice
  • 2 tbs Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 tbs Canola oil
  • 2 and 1⁄2 tbs Coconut flour
  • 1⁄4 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 and 1⁄2 tbs Flour (all-purpose)
  • Pinch full Salt
  • 1 tsp Poppy seeds
  • 2 tbs Lemon zest
  • Natural cooking spray to grease

  • 1 microwave

Method
 

  1. Initiate microwave dessert making by taking a bowl being microwave safe. Fill it by mixing up lemon juice, milk, oil, egg, sugar, and vanilla. Mix them all in gradual manner.
  2. Then mix up flour, coconut, baking soda, salt, poppy seeds and lemon zest
  3. Then take up ramekins (2 pieces) and completely grease it up using cooking spray. Pour bowl mixture in those ramekins.
  4. Then allow it to gradually microwave for the next 1.5 to 2 minutes. Take out and allow few minutes for the lovely dessert to cool down.
  5. Enjoy the marvelous microwaved dessert!!
