Ingredients
  

  • 1  large mango (I used banganapalli), peeled and cut into small cubes
  • 4 tbsp granulated sugar (check note below)
  • 4 tbsp single cream (check note below)

Equipment

  • 1 blender
  • popsicle moulds

Method
 

  1. Blitz all ingredients in a blender into a fine puree. Adjust sugar per your taste.
  2. Pour into popsicle moulds and freeze for at least 6 hours.
  3. Unmould and serve immediately.
