- 1 1/2 cups Canned chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 3/4 tsp Baking powder
- 3 tbs Nut butter
- 1 to 2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tbs Unsweetened applesauce
- 2 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 cup Ground flax
- Raisins (optional)
- Tartar cream (optional)
Initiate microwave dessert making by taking a pan (Preferably 8x8 or 9x9) being microwave safe. Grease it with cooking spray.
Then fill your mixing bowl by mixing up its ingredients. Mix them all in gradual manner and add into the pan.
Then allow it to gradually microwave at HIGH for the next 35-40 minutes or more if required. Take out and allow few minutes for the lovely dessert to cool down.
