Then take up a stand mixer and medium mixing bowl. Mix in almond paste and beat it smoothly at low speed. Then mix up butter and sugar; continue beating for the next 5 minutes.
Now mix up eggs and incorporate with the mixture. Then it’s time to mix in vanilla, orange zest, and yogurt.
In the next step, take medium mixing bowl and fill it by mixing up salt, flour and baking powder. Mix them all in gradual manner.
Mix bowl mixture with almond paste mixture to make fine batter.
Pour the beat up mixture over pan. Then allow it to gradually microwave at HIGH for the next 50-55 minutes or more if required; wait till cake turns brown. Microwave till a toothpick emerges out clean and you get desired softness.
