Ingredients
1 large mango (I used banganapalli), peeled and cut into small cubes
4 tbsp granulated sugar (check note below)
4 tbsp single cream (check note below)
Directions
- Blitz all ingredients in a blender into a fine puree. Adjust sugar per your taste.
- Pour into popsicle moulds and freeze for at least 6 hours.
- Unmould and serve immediately.
Notes
- This recipe makes an “icy” popsicle. You can add more cream and sugar if you like a creamier popsicle (more fat & sugar = less ice).
