Mango Popsicles

This recipe for mango popsicles is so easy to make! Made with fresh banganapalli mangoes, this recipe is a perfect cold treat for the summer.

Easy, peasy mango popsicles.

Ingredients

  • 1 large mango (I used banganapalli), peeled and cut into small cubes

  • 4 tbsp granulated sugar (check note below)

  • 4 tbsp single cream (check note below)

Directions

  • Blitz all ingredients in a blender into a fine puree. Adjust sugar per your taste.
  • Pour into popsicle moulds and freeze for at least 6 hours.
  • Unmould and serve immediately.

Notes

  • This recipe makes an “icy” popsicle. You can add more cream and sugar if you like a creamier popsicle (more fat & sugar = less ice).
